not sure a scam but dah.

The other company that handled customer service for voip.com was called Pro-Support. Pro-Support also used to handle customer service for Profinity as well. Pro-Support discontinued their customer service provider service to voip.com at the time the company was sold off.

Until the first of the year, Pro-Support did continue to provide customer service handling for Profinity, but that contract was not continued at the first of the year, and has been taken over by CG Direct.

Pro_Support is Profinity

I am sorry that you had some billing issues with another company, but as you can see, it is impossible for CG Direct, the current company that provides customer service for Profinity, to be held responsible as we have no association with a phone company at all.
