 | not sure a scam but dah. The other company that handled customer service for voip.com was called Pro-Support. Pro-Support also used to handle customer service for Profinity as well. Pro-Support discontinued their customer service provider service to voip.com at the time the company was sold off.
Until the first of the year, Pro-Support did continue to provide customer service handling for Profinity, but that contract was not continued at the first of the year, and has been taken over by CG Direct.
