| How do I go to a specific DAY in the guide now? With the new Guide, I can't hit "B" and pick a day and go to it. I have to page through all the days. This takes forever if I am on Wednesday and need to go to Sunday to pick something to record on the DVR.
Am I missing something? |

Collegeville, PA | You can move ahead in the guide grid by using the Right arrow next to the center OK/Select button or also by using the Day+ (it is the red C button above the four white directional keys. Each push of the Day+ button will move you ahead a day.
There is also a Day- button (the blue B button). This is with the silver comcast remote control. |

As posted above, you can skip days.
Believe it or not, with Cox's Passport guide, there is NO way to skip ahead a day. You have to hold down the arrow for about 45 seconds to get a couple days ahead.
When you switch companies(due to a move) the grass isn't always greener on the other side. Comcast does many things better than Cox. Of course there are some things Cox does better, but I think the count is in favor of Comcast. |
