Configuration for Tomato-based router?

I want to upgrade my old DL624 with DLink firmware (and no QoS) to a new router running TomatoUSB (which has QoS). I currently use a Grandstream in the DMZ with the Dlink.

I would like to use the same setup with the new TomatoUSB router. Can anybody please point me to (1) basic configuration info and (2) QoS settings for PhonePower?
