 | When I was returning mine back in 2005 or 2006, I just gave them power supply and modem itself in big plastic bag. They didn't say anything. |

 | reply to Tom999 you want a receipt saying that you returned the modem though.. don't leave without one. |

 | Whenever returning something to Bell/Rogers ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS get a receipt and hold onto it FOREVER.
I swear both of them have some revenue generation program where they wait 6 months after you cancel and then send you a bill saying you didn't return the modem and have to pay for it.
It has happened to me twice and both times I still had the receipt. Without it though who knows what may have happened.
I know of two other people who have had the same thing happen to them as well. |

You can just return to any Rogers Plus store, but make sure they show on the receipt that you returned both the modem and power cable. |

I had an uncle return a Rogers cable box and remote, and he was smart enough to get a receipt saying both cable box and remote were returned. On his next bill, there was a $25 charge for a missing remote. Even with that receipt as proof, Rogers still gave him a hard time on refunding the $25. |
