please help, problem with CenturyLink website

I realize this forum is more about internet service, but I've been unsuccessful in getting help from CL regarding a problem with their website. They made some changes in recent months and I'm no longer able to enable or disable calling features on my phone because the "Continue" button on the Shopping Cart doesn't work

I uninstalled possible add-ons that could affect this (NoScript and AdBlock Plus) and disabled the popup blocker on my browser (Firefox 10.0). I also tried IE8. Same result. Finally, I tried my wife's computer (FF 3.6 and IE7) with same result.

So if any of you have a CenturyLink landline, I would be grateful if you could see if you experience the same problem, in the unlikely event the problem is on my end. Here's how to reproduce the error:

After signing in, click on the "My Services" tab, then in the panel for "My Phone Service," click on the "Change Features" link. That will open the "Manage My Services" page. Scroll down to the "Select you calling features" block (under Phone Service section) and click the "Change your set of calling features" radio button. Add or remove a feature from this list (you won't actually complete the transaction) and click on the "Continue with Changes" button. That will take you to the shopping cart. This is where the problem is. The Continue button below the shopping cart doesn't work for me.

Button code is:
javascript:setClsrPopUpTrigger();abandonPage=False;abandonPage=False;expressCheckout();

Before contacting them, I'd like to get confirmation that other folks are experiencing the same problem (or not). Otherwise, they're just going to tell me it's on my end. That happens EVERY TIME I've ever tried to report a software or website problem. So far, I'm not sure sure it's *not* on my end.

An even bigger problem is the website is not secure. When I open it in Chrome it says there are dozens of insecure links on the page and there's a big red X through the HTTPS part of the URL. I've contacted them several times about that but they refuse to fix it.

CenturyLink's web site is a mess all the way around. Whoever runs it should be fired, fast. What a disgrace.

The CL/Qwest website hasn't worked in years, not sure if it ever has.

The site is indeed a mess as usual. I WAS able to continue past the shopping cart, to a screen for scheduling the service change. But I couldn't find a way to empty the cart or cancel the order, so I signed out and signed in again. A message appeared saying, "We're Sorry... To provide you with the best offers available, the system is currently down for routine maintenance. This interruption is only temporary. Check back soon to see what's new at centurylink.com!" Eventually the cart became empty.

Probably not relevant: Apparently Firefox 10.0.1 will arrive soon to fix an "unresponsive" Windows bug. I used WinXP with Firefox 9.0.1, which doesn't have the bug.

Thanks for checking. So I guess it must be something on my end, but I've tried everything I can think of, including updating Java RE from update 21 to 30. I'll try the above support addy Bill posted and see what happens.

Also, thanks for the heads up on the FF bug. As it turns out, I've been having response issues when streaming Netflix (Silverlight) since I upgraded to FF 10. Other tabs become unresponsive. I wasn't sure if it was because I'm still using Silverlight 4 or an issue with FF 10. According to the bug report you posted, this issue has been fixed as of the current nightly. If that doesn't work, I'm reverting to FF9.
