I wouldnt say so.Rocky is good on the front yes but marc never came to the front much before.Since Rocky left many things have changed on the incumbent side like rogers and ip,s then node splitting,raising speeds etc plus the crtc shit that all came at once.Hard to make plans when your supplier is throwing curve balls left and right

That's why Rocky's chest exploded in the first place!
(all the CRTC/Rogers/Bell crazy crap).

I just don't find Marc to portray the image of Teksavvy... I beleive Rocky, George Burger and Marko Bibic all portray the images of their companies in a more positive and "laid back yet serious) manner.

I know that Rocky had "health complications" as a result of TSI but, I just want to see some down home, raw Teksavvy again. This mass coporate brawl that's happening because of the lawyers is killer.

I don't hate TSI, nor do I fault them per-se, however, I do not like the direction it's headed in.

THE BEST PART IS! --- TSI CAN change and will change if they let go of the "profit" machine and focus on the core values that brought them here in the first place.

Hell, I remember some of the most hilarious conversations with a person known as "Dasium" and "David" and "Jason" and "Steve W.", "Martin" and even his gf; most of whom have moved on, or left for "personal reasons", I do have a deeper view of what had happened however, I hold confidentiality at the utmost of importance.

Seriously, I know TSI has lost it's way and I wish I could come to the offices at 770 Richmond Rd. but I feel it's just not worth it. Who's going to listen to a 20 something who's run many businesses to various ranges. I want to be a part of the teksavvy legacy, I want to prove myself to them, that I am on their side in this but alas... no one really listens.

TSI seems to have fallen into a hole of apathy and pretty much poor morale all around (from what I can see and "hear").

TSI... Your customer base has been with you through thick and thin, and you have even been generous with myself (THANK YOU FOR THAT BTW!). We need to step it up a notch, we need to take TSI for a long walk out in the field behind the barn and let it know it's being watched, in such a way as it insight this company for asking for help or for saying... OK, we know were wrong, we know we have a few points to work on... now, do you want to continue or would you rather quietly pck your personal effects and be escorted out of the facility without a single peep from anyone?.

TSI. I'm not ready to give up on you. I am ready to give up on some of the clients who don't "get it" but that's a fact of life.

TSI. Are you willing to change? Are you willing to do what it takes to be less 'BELL' like? Are you willing to take Rocky or George and make them "CEO" and Marc, take the co-pilot's seat. Bring in some specialized people and build an A1 team again?

If you are willing to make a change, which will cost capitol now but will pay massive dividends in the future. You know how to find me. Most of the old staff know who I am and how to reach me.

Bottom line: TSI. Keep up the push to be better. Stop rushing things. Take a step back, take a deep breath and attack things in a more planned, strategic and "publically friendly" manner. I WANT CHANGE AND I WANT TO BE PART OF IT!

don't get me wrong, i like Marc and it's pretty clear that he cares, but there have been a few changes (especially when it comes to keeping us informed and gauging how we'll react to changes) that i'm not sure would have happened if R0CKY was still here talking to us every day
