Re: [BC] Shaw techs overloaded? The wait times are ridiculously long with Shaw these days, but what's the alternative? Telus? If anyone in the world has worse customer service than Shaw, it's Telus. They're in a race to the bottom.
Since both companies focus their limited resources on new customers to pump up their subscriber count, you'll get faster and better service if you switch providers when moving or trying to fix a serious fault. Wait 3 months, then switch back. You'll get a better price that way too, thanks to insane pricing policies that have loyal customers subsidizing new users with no loyalty. |
