| Slow upload speeds Have has DSLX for many years, and reccommendeed them to many friends. Recently, my Upload speeds have gone way down (for over a month now). It's not my computers, as I have many (all, including Iphone exhibit the same behaviour). Also, computers run at close to rated speed at other locations.
I have 3/750 dervice. My Download runs at about 2.7 (I assue that is acceptable). But my Upload Speed comes in at about .38.
What could be wrong? What can I do to resolve/fix? |

kudos:11 | Upload speeds are indeed generally lower than download; that's where the A (Asymmetric) in ADSL comes in. However, you should generally be seeing upload speeds of about .6, not .38. IM me your account details and I'll have a tech look into it. |

| An update:
I tested my connection at the modem, taking my router out of the loop. Speeds are great there. So, it is an issue with my router. I encourage any who have speed issues to do the same. Routers and there internal settings can cause havoc on your speed.
