Question about the new pricing: taxes and fees included?

I've been with Windstream for about 4-5 months now, using the 3 Mbps at $39.99 plan (with price-for-life guarantee). With the taxes and fees added in, it comes out to be a few cents shy of $45 per month. Lately I was thinking about bumping up to the 6 Mbps plan, which as I recall was $5 more per month, and went to check the prices.

The 3 Mbps plan is now listed as being $47.99 per month, and the 6 Mbps plan is $49.99 per month. It seems like a pretty big hike in prices (particularly for the 3 Mbps plan), which leads me to wonder: given that the website can see my location, are these prices now reflecting the various taxes and fees?

None of the listed prices include taxes. The 6Mbps plan would be 49.99 plus any local, state, and applicable federal taxes.
