Can someone help me figure out what my Smokeping is saying?

»/r3/smokeping.···0e56dc4d

I've been having a few applications disconnect me, randomly and without too much frequency, it's usually just AIM on Pidgin once every few days for a second or so, but I wanted to see if there was anything network wise causing it. So I'm going to be sharing my 24 hour smoke test.

Edit: I'm noticing a lot of packet loss, that's not good, I'm sure.

Edit2: I stopped it because that packet loss was so obvious that something is wrong, I guess I'll just have to wait for it to get worst to the point where my modem keeps retraining over and over before it will be fixed, I just had someone out about two weeks ago because they found a problem with the line but it's starting again, a few disconnects here and there just keeps getting worse.

As I am soon changing ISPs I figured I'd get one last smoke ping

What it seems to be at least from my observation of this, if Century Link is doing any upgrades it seems to only be on the east and west coasts in the bigger cities leaving the majority of the country in the middle, especially the midwest to run on outdated equipment.
