She is elderly and went thru health issues. Forced here closer with us. Still wants back home. After all surgeries etc. she is now in a group home. Did not want a bigger place. She hates it so now moving her in with us oh the joy. sarcasm Now her old parked number with voipo would they let me get the two year 128 thing for full service now. Do not care if I lose the 36 for even a couple months park still cheap. Where she was before was a small group home so went with centurytel/ qwest for a new number. But parked old number with voipo 36 incoming plan forwarding. Or would voipo screw me for full bore price?

We factor in a huge discount as a marketing/acquisition cost for new sales and base it on the estimated lifetime value of the customer which is why we can't allow multiple promotions on an account. With that said, if you have not had a promotional plan for the account (there are none for the cloud/forwarding service so if that's what you have then you wouldn't have), then you would be eligible for the promotional price on a new full service order.
