Aggregated POI. Rogers. Ontario.

I'm on Rogers territory, here in Aurora. There's no other ISP providing cable internet service at L4G ... postal code.

As I understand, Rogers released Aggregated POI tariffs.

What is a procedure for IISP of providing such service? Who will be the first? How long can it take? Is any ISP already made a hint of moving in that direction?

I understand that TekSavvy and Distributel & Co. are safe for at least 2 years with non-aggregated POIs and wouldn’t bother.
But what about some others? Electronic Box maybe? Somebody else? Would at least somebody made an effort?

Rogers has exclusive rights for Aurora! Something is wrong here...

And yeah, only 2500 kbit/s DSL max available at my place.

Step #1: wait for Rogers to actually implement aggregated POI.

While Rogers filed their aggregated rates, they have not implemented it on their network yet so nobody can have it until then.

Why Rogers would do it on his own?
Is there CRTC decision in place with timeframe for Rogers to implement?

If I remember correctly, 30 days from first order on aggregated-POI... but ISPs who have invested in non-aggregated might want to stretch their advantage until close to the November 2013 forced transition deadline so that first order may come much later.
