The user interface and program guide feels old and sd and i was wondering if anyone knows of any plans to change the guide or upgrade it to make it better and maybe even full screen and not stretch?
Years ago when they first launched DVR's here, they had a different guide on those that was a lot more sleek than the TV Guide one. I think it was called the Passport Echo. That was my favorite guide.
The one we have today is also on the DVR's now, and I remember using that in 2002. Then again, when they installed my cable here, they brought the same exact awful cable Motorola cable box that Cablecomm used in 1999 when they launched digital cable here!
reply to neadysamurai The passport guide was nice but it had issues, did you have a dvr box that got turned into a brick when the pioneer guide glitched? That was a fun time having all those dead boxes to fix.
