[connectivity] Frequent time outs

My DSL connection started timing out. I am in CA. Is this a problem with my DSL or is it likely that something else is going on? I did the modem re-boot but that did not help.

Please give more detail to what you mean by "timeout".
Does the browser hang up and web pages don't load ?
Is the modem loosing sync (DSL light starts flashing and no internet).
Post up your modem stats if you can so folks can take a look at your line conditions.

Thanks...by time out, I mean pages hang and will not download. I get a message saying my connection has "timed out". This went on for over 5 hours. I'm sorry...I don't know how to give you modem stats...Can you please advise? I am using the Verizon Westell 327W. As of this AM, things are back to normal.
