1 edit | [Chrome] Toolbar Icons I have click & clean extension and I selected "hide button" to get rid of the toolbar icon.
Is there any way to get it back?
I think the same thing could occur with any extension I have. I don't have to uninstall and reinstall the extension to get the icon back, do I?
Also, If I uncheck the enable box for an extension, is it still using any RAM?
I don't see it listed in Chrome's task manager when I disable it, but it still could be using RAM that's being included in the "browser" category, I suppose. |

Once you hide a button, the only way to get it back is to uninstall the extension and then reinstall it?
Really? |

Really? I'm on my Mac right now using Chrome (Click&Clean as of the last I checked only works with PC's), and have Click&Clean on my laptop PC, which is not at my location right now to check. However, I'm guessing, but isn't there an 'options' selection under Extensions? If so, is there a reset or default button you can click on that may bring the button back?
If not, and I don't recall, can you bring up a toolbar menu in Chrome on a PC which will allow you to choose 'Customize' and drag the button back (not sure if there is.....another guess). -- PR is back in town |

I don't think there's a way, in Chrome, to customize the toolbar.
There's got to be an easy way to accomplish this. |

Wait a couple of seconds and then re-check it. The button should come back. Kind of a cheesy way to do it but it should work for you. |
