1 edit | That's the best price I've seen yet, and I've seen several sales in the past few months. When I got mine in December, it was $279 -- $30 more. You will actually be paying $249 + $11 special McGuinty "environment" tax grab, so $260 plus HST. Excellent monitor, go for it. Colors are great and LED illumination is very bright -- I have the brightness down to 25%!
And FWIW, it's also a very nice stand -- it tilts back and forth, slides up and down, rotates horizontally, and also rotates 90 degrees vertically so you can put it into portrait mode. |

kudos:1 | Though I will say, I was surprised when I told her how I bought an Antec P280 a few weeks ago and went on and on about how good of a deal I got on it she didn't seem to have the usual 'oh god not again' attitude. I think it may have been do with the fact that I was finally going to be getting rid of old P180 that's covered in all sorts of sticker, including numerous Maple Leafs logos, and replacing it with something that will look far more mature and fitting for a home office.
Thing is, deep down we both know it's only a matter of time before those all return to the new case. |
