Peripherals

We've had a few talks about the peripherals we use to control our toons. We have not, as of yet, talked about the really important things that affect our gaming.

So as I sit down to lunch... What food/drink items do you usually have within arm's reach while you grind/farm/raid in the WoW?

For grinding/farming I usually have chips, bbq flavored, or tortilla chips and salsa to snack on. Coca-Cola is my beverage of choice. When I'm raiding i usually have a full on dinner (whatever my wife made) sitting infront of me.

I usually have a Sam Adams and a Coke Zero.

If I eat food my keyboard and mouse get sticky so I've stopped doing that and have an extra beer instead.

•Unsweetend Coffee with Half-n-half
•Popcorn (sometimes)
•Beer

Beer is special as I brew my own. I may have a porter one night or a pale ale another. Maybe a hefe, maybe an IPA.

I've really been trying to decrease my junk/snack food intake. Successfully, so far. I'm trending towards carrots or an apple when I want something.

For 2011, I would usually have a Diet Coke or Cherry Coke on hand with no food while I was doing dailies or farming stuff. For raids, I'd have a 6-pack of Guinness and Jack Link's Carne Seca beef jerky or whatever my wife had made for dinner sitting front of me Then polish it off with a plug of Skoal Mint long cut

For 2012, I would usually have a glass of water with Mio water flavor added and no snack. For raids, I'd have a Neuro Bliss (don't judge me) to calm the nerves after a few wipes and whatever my wife (or me if she's working) had for dinner. I stopped drinking and using my tobacco crutch.

Water typically, but occasionally have the Sam Adams beers stacking up. Never been much for eating and playing as I can't stand sticky, dirty keys and I am not the cleanest if eating with my hands. Definitely need something to drink though.

I am stating my opinion. Obviously you don't like it. Honestly, I don't care.

or dinner (ordered or whatever the wife made)

Generally just a coke. I seem to have a disorder that requires me to drop food when I eat, so I try to avoid eating at the keyboard.

Diet Dr Pepper (not dieting, just like the taste of it...go figure).

small bag of candy....I'll let you guess which one.

Other than that Im not on long enough anymore to warrant eating a full meal in front of a computer....

Doesn't quite work well with Doritos or other sugary / cheezy snacks of choice. If I have to use a fork, I will take it to the dinner table, because even with utensils, my desk is cluttered and I will end up making a mess.

Coffee and unalted raw cashews or almonds. I have a 20 oz spill proof mug (spill proof when I remember to close it that is) to avoid whoopsies with the beverages.

1 - Open bag of cheesy goodness.
2 - While holding opening closed, crush bag of cheesy goodness into itty bitty bits of cheesy goodness.
3 - ???
4 - Profit.

I must say, that Harvest Cheddar SunChips work well with this process
