 | No response to ticket submitted online I created ticket [Removed] two days ago (2/8) through the web form. It says it was updated yesterday but I have not received a response.
Would someone please review the ticket? We're having repeated VoIP issues and I'm trying to determine if the DSL connection is having problems.

Thanks for your concern and vigilance. I posted the ticket number because AFAIK the only people who can see the ticket contents are the customer and DSLX techs. Since I didn't know which tech might have time to look at it, it seemed the simplest way to direct whoever is available to the details (which includes the private info like phone number and account name).
Are you aware of a way for the general public to see DSLX ticket contents?

No way to access ticket information without corresponding account information as well, but it's still good security practice not to post any account details on a publicly-accessible forum. |
