If you have an alternative - grab it. Verizon's local service techs are great (the guy's in the vans...) the rest of Verizon sucks. (And God forbid you attempt to reach the guys in the vans... Verizon has made sure you'll die of old age before they connect you to someone who can actually fix a problem.)
