@hawaiiantel.net | Westell 327W Problems Hi I'm having problems with my westell 327W router(provided by Hawaiian Telecom). I tried calling tech support but it's a nightmare I've waited 30 minutes+ once just to get hung up on. Maybe I'll try to call again later but I can't even get through right now. The problem is my connection speed to the internet for the past 2-3 weeks It's been very slow. When I check my routers Static IP(think that's what its called) I see the Connection Overview and my speed's are 1792 Kbits/sec and 448 Kbits/sec. Before my internet started acting up I would get an average of 7800Kbits/sec and 1500Kbits/sec(basically the advertised speeds). I have not changed my plan but I was wondering if maybe it has something to do with the router itself, the configuration, dsl filter, or maybe the provider.
-I just changed my Phone line outlet? and nothing has changed
-turned off my wireless
-restarted the router |
