Random connection drops on home PC

Hey there, just installed Shaw high speed in my new home. Everything seems OK, except my PC's connection. Oftentimes it will drop from 4/5 bars 100+Mbps to 4/5 bars 6.5Mbps, with no Internet access while other devices nearby work just fine.

Typical fixes don't work - resetting the connection, forgetting the network, disabling and reenabling the wireless adapter, power cycling the modem. There's no real rhyme or reason to the PC reestablishing connection, which makes it harder to diagnose. The default Windows troubleshooting only mentions that the broadband modem is having connectivity issues and recommends power cycling.

If anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

Driver issue? WiFi card issue

Just one computer, wouldn't seem to be a Shaw hardware issue.

I would start by downloading the newest driver for your WiFi card, uninstalling with removal of your existing, and reinstall.
