| [Bill] can't view bill online I'm trying to figure out what speed tier I'm on. (it's my moms account) so i figured i would view the billing statement online to see if it mentions it but everytime i try to view any statement (current or past) it gives me an error:
We regret that the bill you wanted to see is currently unavailable.
Please close this window and try this option later.
Thank you.
Any suggestions? |

 | Online chat, should be able to help. You will need the account information
What speeds are you getting directly connected to the modem? that should be able to tell you, Williamson speeds have a max of 15mb or somewhere around there |

2 edits | reply to zipjay I have had that problem for quite some time now... It seems that the only time I can view any of my statements is if there is a Balance Due... I have all my bills set up to be paid or an every 4 week cycle to coincide with my paychecks (bi-weekly pay period)... Since there is not exactly 4 weeks in a month.. Most of the time my bill gets paid before it actually comes out.. Thus a $0.00 balance or in some cases a negative balance... But I still want to be able to actually download my statement for that month showing my payment as well as all the charges... There has been times that some amounts have changed on my bill for one reason or another, but I never know it because I don't get the bill and can't download it because it has a Zero Balance or Credit Balance instead of a Balance due...
Is there anyway I can still download the .pdf document of my bill no matter what the balance is...??
I know that most company's don't mail copies of statements that have a zero or credit balance to save on postage... But when you elect to go green and have your statement e-mailed to you or access your account online to download your statement... then it should be available to you no matter what the balance is...
I use Quicken to keep detailed records of all my finances and I break down every bill I have into its various parts... In the case of the Suddenlink Bill... I break it down and track how much I pay for Video Services, Internet Services, and Phone Services... As well as break down all the Taxes and Surcharges as well... Kind of hard to do when you don't get the bill... |

 | I agree, that happens to me too, and it's annoying not to be able to see the statement if there's a zero balance, or a credit balance. Especially if some fee/tax has changed. |
