ARP cache poisoning attack

I am currently sitting at San Francisco airport on their free Wifi with my laptop. I have Eset Smart Security 5 (Antivirus and Firewall) and it keeps detecting ARP cache poisoning attack.

I am connected to Sonic VPN so I think I am ok because my traffic will be encrypted. A tracert to google.com shows the first hop as nnnn.cvpn1-1.sr.vpn.sonic.net.

Anyone have insight into what might might be triggering these warnings? I am not well versed network-wise. They are coming up about once every minute or so and there are maybe 10 different IP addresses causing the notification.

I think maybe they are other computers using wifi because the addresses are private, eg 192.168.55.242, 192.168.69.29, 192.168.67.79.
