Hello, for the past couple of weeks my Uverse service has been suffering sporadic ping.
This is best illustrated in my forum post in AT&T Uverse community website.
I have contacted tier 1 and tier 2 support, but they want to send a tech. to check the problem. They have already checked my line and found no errors or problems.
To me it appears to be service problem from AT&T.
This has never been an issue until now, can anyone inform me for the likely culprit for this problem. I am not really willing to pay AT&T for fixing their own services.
