That is what I can't figure out. I am going to toss my Cobra 29 LTD Classic CB on there and see what it does. Might also drag my FT-2900 in and see as well.
In this document, »w4kaz.com/images/fp1023/samlex_1223.pdf there is a schematic for the supply... C21, C22, and C23 are the caps in question. All three go positive to negative. Two before the xfmr, one after.
