I can now likely confirm the April fix date. The guy I talked to today said that too many lines were sold in this area and that the upgrades were not scheduled to be done till April. In addition he apologized and said that we were supposed to be told this (as when I called yesterday I was told the ticket was closed with no status updates) I was also told that I can billing and ask for reduced rates from January till April. Everyone who is having this problem should ask for a reduced rate, maybe if enough people request this they will move up their timetables.
