Lets see: the old router works and the new one doesn't.

What exactly is your hypothesis that this is a headend issue?

I have the same exact router with no issues. Dude the problem is your router plain and simple.

So the problem is with 2 Netgear routers BOTH of which work on my comcast connection at home?
