When I called in the problem the ebox employee called me back and mentioned he had the actual modem that videotron had provisioned if I wanted to go pick it up and be online that day.
Do you guys know of a way to make sure the techs don't make a "mistake" on my installation? Like look over his shoulder when he writes down the serial number or something?
