| I dropped my AT&T long distance altogether, as I use my cell phone for long distance. A couple of months later, they started charging $2.00 per month for not having long distance, which, with extra taxes, etc. amounted to close to $6.00 per month for not having long distance. It took lots of calls and escalations, but they finally removed the charges. Information I found on the internet about the charge was helpful. |
