I use Astra and super. I split the total connection between both their eu and us servers as well
Just to add. When your using usenet are you downloads unraring on the same hdd that the other downloads are completing too? I found that moving that directory onto a ssd made some differences in my speed as well |

I've been lead to believe that Giga and Astraweb are the only two real usenet providers selling service. Most others are Giga resellers.
Anyone have more facts on that? |

1 edit | Dunno why they missed out on Astraweb. I'm currently using NewsDemon, which is peered through Highlands. My guess is that the big three are based in the U.S., while Astraweb is based out of Singapore (even though they have servers in the U.S.) |
