I am trying to decide between the Distributel and Teksavvy DSL service. Distributel uses Rogers Cable with the available option of 24/1 while Tekssavvy DSL maxes out at 16/1 in my area. Also, Distributel Cable has no bandwidth cap... yet.

Have you tried download torrents? If so, is it throttled at all? Please do let me know. Thanks!
