Re: Are we ever going to get that Verizon Ipad Live TV Ap? Since people keep on bringing up Slingbox and Hava/Vulkano, I'd highly suggest a Slingbox over Hava/Vulkano.
The Slingplayer mobile apps aren't free, but they definitely have much better technology for auto limiting the video/audio quality to get it to work on slower internet connections. I've never gotten a smooth stream out of my Hava unless I'm in my home.
Hava also promised a Mac OS X app and actually had stickers on their boxes that it was coming soon. However, they never actually released it. They finally released one when they came up with the Vulkano name, but it doesn't support the older boxes that were promised an app. |
