Just a quick skim, but I did not notice any requirement for education/experience in golfing/schmoozing, nor other forms of leverage.

I am a bit surprised that they would have gone the route of a public announcement. Would have though they would have wanted an "insider" who knows the business and regulatory environment.

It does mean that the organisation has matured and grown now that they start to need permanent staff.

Did CNOC run over your puppy or something? You've got a pretty big chip on your shoulder about them.

They're not a public company. They have absolutely no reason or obligation to make anything public.

Those newsletters are most probably used to keep their members up to date with everything that is happening.
