| DSLR themes Where did all the themes (»/speak/themepr···/default) come from? If one (such as myself--who's probably tweaked most parts of the site that one typically views day in and day out) had input [CSS] for creating a new theme to add to that list/page, how would he go about it?

kudos:6 | Those are all forum themes (hence the names). I think they show in the list only because the particular forum mod(s) built the themes for their respective forums.
Not sure if there's currently a mechanism for members to submit new ones. |

| Well, that's a thought--a forum for site themes et al where members can post/view/discuss what they and others have done to change the site's appearance to suit themselves. Whether by way of themes or skins or styles or scripts or whatever, I'm sure I'm not the only one to have played around with the site's appearance. It makes a place feel more user-friendly... more "homey" when you can personalize things. The existing themes are a good start, but there's a lot more that can be done--and it's all rather easy to do. No elaborate changes would be required, not that some significant and useful changes couldn't come out of it down the road--you never know.

FWIW, my [proposed] theme is derived from the dark theme, but it's a bit more "color rich". Looks like:
(Actually, the "theme" simulated in this image is just the smallest part of what I mod here, but it is a basic color change.)
There's also blue (use one or the other or both):
