Rogers offering me another renewal too soon into contract...

So I renewed my 3 year contract in October 2011 with Rogers in exchange for a new phone (HTC Evo 3D).

Now I get a call from Rogers offering to renew my 3 year contract again...and they want to offer me another phone for free...am I missing something here or have they been known to do stuff like this?

Seems a bit too soon into my current contract to offer renewal again.
