 | [TV] Unable to tune 1219 (CNBC) on both TA's Anyone else missing 1219 (CNBCHD) on their SDV TA's this morning? I disconnected the TA, rebooted it, reconnected it and the channel was still missing. I also rebooted the TiVo. Since its happening on both boxes I'm guessing its a problem at the headend.

 | 1219 still not working on both TiVo's. Is there anyway you can look at my particular SDV segment to see why I'm not receiving the channel? Suggestions for troubleshooting? The TA is returning a Channel Not Available error as far as I can tell from looking at the diagnostic screens. I disconnect the TA, rebooted it until I received a solid green LED, reconnected and the problem still exists. Rebooting the TiVo does not help. Since its on both TiVo's I'm skeptical that its a problem on my end. |

Just arrived home and 1219 is now working perfectly on both boxes. I did nothing on my end. Did BHN do anything to correct the issue?

I was considering stopping by the BHN local office and picking up a STB to see if it was properly receiving the channel. It would have also been interesting to see if a WMC with a Ceton tuner would have had similar problems. I think I need to build-out my home CableLabs test environment!  |

 | reply to sbiller1 Hi Gary, Today I am once again unable to receive channel 1219 on both my TiVo boxes. I decided this was the day to go to the local BHN office and pick up a non-DVR set-top box to help with troubleshooting.
