Patti, I'll be emailing you for sure. I talked to the bulding maintanace man who said it's very likely the line in the wall is bad because they did not use very great quality cable in some of the units when the place was built 10 years ago. He did not want to run the line as he admitted he wasn't the most knowledgeable on what he was doing. And calling Centurylink wasn't very useful.
