[Speed] Bethlehem Slow Speed

Speedtest right now was a little higher at 55mbps, but still nowhere near the solid 75mbps I was getting. and my level is still at -3dbmv too. was always 0 to -1

(I wouldn't fret over the level going to -3 that's nothing)

Still not hittin 75 or near it...nothing changed (computer wise/network wise), besides that level dipping to -3....thanks for looking into it
