I plan to subscribe to both Videotron for television and ELECTRONICBOX for the Internet and I was wondering if I needed to pay the Videotron installation fee of $59.95, even if I install my Internet for $50 before?
I heard that there would be a "Y spliiter" which would be installed, but I don't much about it and I thought that if I could save $60 it'd be great.

Good luck with that! If you use two different companies for two different services, in my estimation you will get dinged for two installation fees.

When I moved in Oct I paid TekSavvy the install fee, then a month later I paid Videotron the install fee for illico. At least I had a tech come both times and do cable runs for me to get some value out of it. |

Je crois que pas mal tout le monde est bilingue ici, alors pourrais-tu choisir ta langue préférée et seulement poster dans cette langue? C'est vraiment pénible lire un post avec les 2 langues comme ça. |

Toutefois, si mes messages bilingues t'agressent, je peux faire un effort pour essayer d'arrêter cette habitude... |

Je crois que tu devra payer un autres 50$. Déplacer un tech coute cher et le matériel aussi.
Même si il serais venu la même journée il t'aurais charger en double. Il charge pas par logique, mais bien parce qu'il on le droit.
Vois ça du bon coté, quand le tech viens passé 3h pour trouver un trouble, il te charge pas plus cher. donc c’est donnant donnant la dessus.
