I don't think they understand the importance of having working internet during peak hours... I swear, I think that CL thinks everyone just uses the webnets for facebook and shopping or something... They have no clue how important it is.... more important that phone service, me thinks... I wish they'd get a clue and quit stealing from us.

reply to Max LOL...it's now May? I was last told March 2012 was the ETA. Good to see that CTL is still continuing to push it back. It's now going on 13 months straight for me.
Guess this also means that I'll go ahead and get my bill credited all the way through May.
