No service this morning?

Have had problem-free service for the last two years. However, this morning, woke up to no service (Northeast US - NY).

Anyone else?

PAP2 lights show blinking ethernet and power, but neither phone line light is lit.

Of course, I have two hours of phone meetings from home so I couldn't call (from the cell) to open a ticket but I did open one via the VT control panel.

Had a break in my meetings so I tried to call phone support - Huh, phone support is not available.

I haven't had a need to call support in a long time. Does support now work banker's hours (9 to 4 eastern time) or are they down, too?

Nope, service is just fine here in Rochester. Good luck, keep us posted.

Edit:
Phone support is 9am to 10pm Eastern.

Thanks for the sanity check -

I just changed the server via the control panel to CENTRAL from EAST, rebooted the PAP2, and now have service.

Looks like a local server issue...

Glad you are back up. I checked and mine is currently set to West.
