Greensboro, NC | Sounds like Time Warner They charged me $550 for one of the old analog cable boxes. When I offered to buy one BRAND NEW (you can find them for $50 bucks everywhere) they said that was not acceptable and I'd have to pay the $550.

I offered to replace the box with one that was THE EXACT SAME MODEL.
That was unacceptable to them.
