Thing is they can experiment with Metered billing all they want. Its not going to happen. Too much rides on a cheap delivery system. The internet is a cheap delivery system which can be used as a tool to advance almost all major business markets. Weve seen it already. if we are going to continue then prices eventually are going to have to get cheaper and stabilize. Many of these ISP's are fighting this but if they want more profits they are going to have to do it the right way.This isnt it. |
