International voip.ms sip call question

I'm using CsipSimple on an android phone registered to a sub account with an extension assigned. Seems to work reasonable well. With a good WiFi connection in Italy should I be able to successfully register with the chicago.voip.ms server and call my other chicago registered sub-account extensions in the US. I'm guessing call quality might awful but should it acceptable to call home on a trip?
