On lightning service, I've never seen more then 39.5 down, and about 4.8 up. Is this a new bump? Maybe powerboost? I know its not much higher, but its still higher then advertised. Got same results from all three Tampa test sites on speedtest.net as well.
I have been seeing more bumping right over the 40mbps as well. usually under 41 but still, as you said the usually was about 39.5ish.. Officially there is no "boost" though.
Just noticed, mine used to go to 39.4 EVERY time on the download. today i just got 40.5.. not much but still interesting

25 Mbps up ?????
Yeah, I was wondering that. Maybe he's on BHN fiber. Photoshop perhaps?
Maybe bigdaddy will enlighten us.
The datacenter in Tampa where my company's servers are colo'd has local peering with Brighthouse. I can get some pretty impressive results from the BHN speedtest on them, so maybe that's how he did it.
yeah its obviously some sort of commercial setup.
