For the uninitiated: R&V stands for REVIEW AND VARY (variances)
As in accounting for pricing structures for the capacity based billing and tariffs that were outlined and approved by the CRTC over the past year, so they can make changes and adjustments and address other concerns raised by the various independent ISP's. |

I thought major ISPs were satisfied with what they got... Now they're asking for more? Why don't they just buy out the IISPs then?
Will we ever have foreigners invest in Canadian Internet? I don't need speeds like Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong. But please, give me something like Bell's 25/7 at a reasonable cost. Heck, something like 25/4 is good enough for me. No need for 25/7. |
