[Praise] No complaints

I have to say, I've always had a good experience with Comcast, both in performance and support when something did happen.

Consistent good speeds. The only time I did have a problem, a truck rolled pretty quickly, a tech showed up on time, and a new modem fixed the issue.

I'm happy.

Most of the people who post are naturally the ones having issues. It takes more effort to say you've had a good experience than it does to say you've had a bad one.

Since Comcast is so large, the percentage of complaints rises proportionally, simply because number of subscribers.

Glad you're happy with Comcast just like I am.

I concur with Pianotech's remarks.
I see a lot of complaints and rants about Comcast, but I have had nothing but excellent service from them for the past 10 years.
The only real outage we had was when a drunk wiped out a pole. The service was back up in 2 hours. That was 6 years ago.
I am on a tight fixed income so have to watch every penny.
I call Comcast and explain the situation and they always come up with a promo to fit my budget and I usually end up with more than I started with at a lower price.
Sure, I have to call them every 6 months which is not a problem.
I worked for Bell Telephone and AT&T for 37 years and never saw that happen once.

I've also had only good experiences with Comcast so far, either dealing with them by phone or at the local center.

My Xfinity TV service has been very reliable, and the HSI service has only gone down twice (for 30 minutes or less) since I switched over from Covad DSL (768K down/128K up - yuk!) last September.

Good to hear you're happy with the service It's always good when the techs show up on time and friendly, that's a big positive.

Taking my recent rant and issues out of the equation, the connection has been solid for two years, so that made me a happy customer. The internet speeds have always been pretty darn close to advertised for me.
