[DSL] snmaster.idx data base file missing

I have windows 7 and I get this message evertime I sign on. I have tried redownloading Aol, and it won't complete the download. I spent 2 hours on line with an aol tech supoort person and we kept getting error message 205 on all versions of aol. I'm lost do not know what to do. If tech support can't help who can
