| AT&T DSL Class Action Settlement I got my postcard in the mail informing me I am included in a Class Action Settlement Involving My DSL Service.
There's a URL on the back and it requires you enter a postcard number, so you need to get the postcard to claim a piece of the pie. I don't think its going to be a hefty piece, but enough for a dinner out.

More likely than not, it would only be the time that AT&T provided the service--not SNET nor SBC. It's still found money.

actually, the company is SBC, renamed to AT&T, SBC bought what was left of AT&T primarily to use its name due to worldwide recognition. At least that's my understanding. |

Does that put me out of the class action? |

bennorPremium join:2006-07-22 New Haven, CT | reply to orion940 Well I was mistaken, I did receive a post card, found it in a pile of old spam mail I was about to throw out. The card claims that "AT&T's records do not show that your DSL service was affected."
Where is the number on the card those who have received a card that indicates they can get a refund? The only number I see on mine that might be the number is an 8 digit one under the bar code on the front. |
