Yes but because it says that it takes up to 5 business days for the change to happen, it seems that someone will receive the request, process it manually and then the change will be effective.
What would be cool is to directly link this option of the portal to the billing system. And to not charge 5$ if it's only a change on teksavvy's side and not on videotron's.
On the 23rd of February, my line was upgraded to the new 15@300GB package. A week later, I requested the Unlimited package through the portal, but my request has been lost/discarded. I had to call the office today to make a new request.
If the option was automated, this kind of issue would not happen.
